Christian J. Limon is a Certified Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization — a distinction earned through demonstrated expertise, peer evaluation, and advanced continuing education, held by a small percentage of California's family law attorneys.

Christian is one of very few attorneys in the Imperial Valley licensed to practice in both the United States and Mexico. She earned her Juris Doctor from Universidad del Valle de Atemajac in Guadalajara, Mexico, and her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Comparative Law from California Western School of Law in San Diego. She has been admitted to the Mexico Bar since 2001 and the California State Bar since 2006.

With over twenty years of experience, Christian's practice spans family law, estate planning, and probate — with particular depth in cross-border matters. She has represented clients in binational divorce proceedings, international custody disputes under the Hague Convention, domestic violence cases, and complex estate plans involving assets in both countries.

Christian is a court-certified translator in Baja California, Mexico. Every consultation, court filing, and appearance is available in English or Spanish — no interpreters, no delays, no loss of nuance.

She is a member of the California State Bar, the Imperial County Bar Association.
